Saturday night fever

I've basically ran out of things to say because work has taken over my life. I can sit here with so many feelings to convey but I'd still be at a perma loss for words. It's all work, work, work. But work you never get enough credit for. And the work hardly ever stops. You take a breather and there's a high chance you'll be called a slacker behind your back.

I feel so suffocated especially when I no longer find the time to spend with my friends, especially my babe posse. I don't even have time for phonecalls that go beyond 'I'm so tired, work has been crazy. How are you?'. I think it's also beginning to affect my relationship because I went through this phase feeling misunderstood. It all went past that seriously. Sometimes it crosses my mind, can I just drop certain things and laugh it all away? And then, reality snaps.

Well, updates for the week.

Someone whispered to me that a friend is 5 weeks' with child. Congrats! :) I was just slightly surprised to know that she conceived that quickly especially since her wedding was only held in Feb...

Yesterday was the first time I ever did my e-shopping. It's quite exciting really. Now I'm just holding in there for my purchase to arrive safely!
