A Life in Black and White

am not your usual lady in the neighbourhood. i could be fun-loving and ambitions blazing, yet chilling with a good book in hand. loves audrey hepburn movies, lemon-lime-&-bitters, vintage anything and furniture. am not one effortlessly impressed. i see my goals, my dreams and the enjoyment would lie not merely in the success at the end of the road but in this journey of life. livin` it, lovin` it, keepin` it real. i travel alone, i travel light, in my 20`s - la vie est belle!

12 months have flown by

Just back from a rejuvenating walk in search of this fantastic artsy 'gallery' downtown. All the loveliest art and furniture all immaculately displayed. Swoon my mind away!

I was back in a contemplative mood today. Isn't it great to have a voice, to be able to express something that is important to us, and to have the courage to stand out to be different because, well, the masses don't represent us...I really think that it takes loving ourselves to find our own voice.

Yawn

I reckon words can't even describe how I feel. I'm way past exhausted...well try a month of working till 4 in the morning every day...you tell me...

Was walking around town like a zombie yesterday but it was good fun catching up with Yappy and then my lil piece of haven :) (yay! we're going to Bali!!)...it was a girls' day out and it was definitely refreshing to see some of my fav girls for a change from my stack of work papers...

I've missed so much!

And wow, it's starting to sink in...counting! ;)
