Dinner last night was fantastic. First let me say we ended up at La Strada - Ristorante and not the Pizzeria (which was full and they only take walk-ins). The food (as always with the Les Amis Group) was delectably presented and entrees were yummy! Main courses I felt were normal in taste but the ambience of the eatery was well worth paying for! It felt as though the group of us were away somewhere in Paris :) The waiting staff were slightly snobbish but I guess given time, there might be improvements...

Just to rave - my new TV console has finally arrived - and it's lovely :) I can't wait to set up the new bed in the other room!

I came by an ex's blog just earlier today and honestly, I think it a sign that everyone's happy now where they all are and looking back I wouldn't have done it any other way. So finally, it's my last single weekend, and I'm surprisingly still calm (coz it's 'commitment phobe' me!) and when I think of R, my lips break into a smile.

Someone once shared with me "when you think of a life-long partner, look not for someone you can live with, rather look for someone you can't live without".

So, here I wish everyone love and happiness :) People reading this (if there are even readers!) might be bored off by this - bear with me, I just have to rave about my new fridge! Yes I bought the F&P Sandstone one and I can't wait!

Alrighty, I'm off to doll up for dinner in a bit - it's SC's bday! Yay! :) Will be checking out the new La Strada Pizzeria - ciao!

Thank you so much everyone who turned up and helped plan the night! I had a ball - (yes, special HUGE THANKS to EL who gave me the lethal concoction of my fav drink lychee martini with a crazy shot of straight barcadi....and then the potent waterfall!) and I hope everyone had a fantastic time too! :)

Loved the room, the dinner at romantic Rochester, and not to mention the wild night we had, great place, great band, great company and the wonderful turning down at Shangri-La after :)

I feel so drained today.

Maybe it's work. Or could it be stress? Perhaps it's how I feel at the end of the day, you've got to get everything done by yourself still. I have no idea how it all came down to this!

Maybe I should let it all go - I've never really felt so low...

Back from my weekend trip with colleagues - and it was a blast! :)

Food, shopping, sightseeing...couldn't have asked for more :)
